Booking Policies
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Flexible check-in is available at your convenience. Let us know your arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
- Check-out: Guests are requested to check out between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to allow for timely preparation for the next guest.
Key Collection
- Key collection details will be provided after booking confirmation.
- Upon arrival, the Apartment Facility Manager will assist with the handover of keys for a seamless check-in process.
Payment and Cancellation
- Promotional/Discounted Bookings:
– Require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
– This payment is non-refundable. - Standard Direct Bookings:
– Require a 25% advance payment, refundable for cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in. - The balance payment is due at check-in and can be made via cash or bank transfer.
- All bookings must be confirmed through online bank transfer for advance payments.
Children and Extra Beds
- Children Policy:
– Children aged 6 years and above are charged as adults.
– Include the number and ages of children in your group when booking to receive accurate pricing.
• Extra Beds and Cots:
– Unfortunately, there is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the apartment.
Smoking and Parties
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Parties/Events: Parties, gatherings, or similar events (e.g., bachelor/bachelorette parties) are not permitted to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.

- Airport Drops: We offer airport transfer services at concessionary rates. Please contact us in advance to arrange your transfer.
